Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Unhappy Times. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

 Pre-Order Timeline
Pre-ordered items will be available for purchase before they are officially released. Please note that estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description and may be subject to change.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This guarantees your item once it becomes available. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed on our website.

 Shipping
Pre-order items are not immediately available and will ship on or around the estimated shipping date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. Separate shipping may incur additional costs if requested.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable. In the event of manufacturing delays or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you via email and provide updates on shipping timelines.

Changes to Pre-Order
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to pre-order items (e.g., changes in fabric or design details) if necessary. We will always inform customers in advance if significant changes are made.

Delays
While we strive to meet all shipping deadlines, production or shipping delays can occur. If a delay exceeds 30 days, we offer you the option to swap your pre-order for a different product that’s currently available or will ship sooner.

 Updates
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including shipping confirmation and tracking details once the item is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
Pre-order items are subject to the same return and exchange policy as regular orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
